Email from a customer today:
Spent 6 hrs planting 100 Pine trees & 25 chestnuts. The tree tubes and stakes worked great and we found direct sunlight areas to plant the chestnuts! As a bonus we had some good rains during lunch and after we finished planting! What a great day! Thanks again
Can’t think of a better way to spend a day (color me jealous, I had to be a desk jockey today). Overcast/rainy days are great for two things: fishing and tree planting. Makes things a little muddy, but really reduces stress on bare root seedlings.
