I received this email today from a customer who had planted black walnuts in his garden and then transplanted them to various parts of his property this past spring:
The tree tubes are working great. I had enough left over to place them on all but three trees which sprouted in 2010 and the three without tubes are probably on average one half to one third as tall.
Sometimes you have to leave a few trees unprotected to see what an amazing difference tree tubes make!
